Our DJ's are ready to create magical memories on your special day.  We are equipped with high-quality gear that will be sure to provide an awesome musical experience for you and your guests.  A strong commitment to customer service is embedded in our core, and we aim to please our clients from start to finish.  We spend hours curating the hottest musical libraries and have developed worry-free processes that give our clients full visibility on how we prepare for their special day.  Our highly articulate DJ's will serve as your host/emcee to keep your event timeline on track. 

Our full-day wedding package usually fits within a 5-6 hour service period. We like to arrive at least 2 hours early to unload our gear and be set up and dressed before your guests arrive at the venue. Don't worry; we don't add any additional costs for our set up and break down times, so all your fees go strictly towards our performance times. We take plenty of time discussing a bride and groom's wedding day vision and plans. Our online wedding DJ questionnaire is sent to the Bride and Groom to map out the music and flow for the big day. We schedule a final details meeting within a week before the wedding to walk-thru every detail to make sure the DJ is well prepared to host your event.

A typical wedding day for us would start with your DJ playing some seating music as your guests arrive, usually 30 minutes before starting your ceremony. When your ceremony starts, we will turn on your officiant's microphone so he can make announcements and welcome your guests to the ceremony. The ceremony usually lasts about 15-30 minutes. During this time, your DJ is in charge of playing all the processional/recessional music. Monitoring the microphone levels to ensure everyone can hear your officiant, the bride, and groom recite their vows. After your ceremony, your guests will proceed to cocktail hour, where your DJ will play a good selection of soft hits at a reasonable volume to allow your guests to mingle over hors d'oeuvres. Once the bridal party has taken all their formal pictures and is ready to be introduced, the DJ will work with the entire party and go over the line-up before the introductions. Your DJ will welcome your guests to the venue, then hype of the crowd, and off we go into the reception, dinner, toasts, cake cutting, bouquet toss, and dancing! Ultimately, your DJ is your crowd engagement manager, A/V specialist, band, emcee, etc. If you thought all a DJ does is scratch and mix songs, you have not seen an Event Heroes DJ go to work.
